About me...

Born and raised in London I have lived and worked in Germany and Australia but returned to the UK in 1970 to live in Worcestershire where I am now retired. My career has ‘careered’ all over the place. I’ve worked a shipping office in London’s dockland I’ve been a rep for foreign newspapers and magazines, Plumrose Foods, Kalamazoo Business Systems, Mazda cars & Rothmans Cigarettes. I’ve worked in theatre management, had two shops and ended up working for Age Concern. I was also a City councillor for 20 years and served as Mayor of Worcester.

About my Talks...

All my talks come with a powerpoint presentation and I have all my own equipment although I would prefer a screen to be supplied as mine is awkward to transport. My talks are very popular and have been very well received – probably because I try to see the amusing side of everything.

Fee:

My fee is £50 plus 40p per mile expenses when the venue is more than ten miles from my home address is Worcester, WR2 4XX
