About me...

I am a retired Police Inspector (Dorset Police) and very proud of the fact that I am the 4th successive generation of Police Officers in my family. I have had plenty of experience in Public Speaking as a Senior officer and when I retired my services in retirement were sought after for presentations initially on Policing – the Past & Future. Several groups invited me to return for a second presentation – the sequel.
My hobbies include Genealogy, History and Mysteries and my knowledge garnered over many years has meant that I have been able to create talks around my favourite subjects as an alternative to my ‘policing’ talk.

WHY HAVE WE NOT BEEN BACK TO THE MOON?

Public Speaker in Dorset Richard Hutley presents his talk Why Have We NOT been back to the moon?

The world watched from 1969 until 1972 as six Apollo missions landed 12 men on the Moon. But theorists since dispute we ever went to the Moon. The question now always asked is ‘did we go?’, but the question they should have asked is ‘why we have never been back?’
